Lavender Lightsaber Veronica

VERONICA ‘Lavender Lightsaber’ PPAF. 28-30″ tall, 18-20″ spread, full sun-part shade, early summer-midsummer bloom. Soft lavender flowers cover the top half of a columnar, upright habit. Bucking the trend of smaller and more compact plants, ‘Lavender Lightsaber’ fills a need of adding height to the middle of the border. Try in narrow spaces needing height, such as small city gardens or narrow borders. Attracts butterflies, hummingbirds & is bee friendly. Deer resistant. Zones 4-8. Massive Premium bareroot.

Easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soil in full sun. Best performance occurs with consistent, regular moisture with sharp soil drainage (particularly in winter). Tolerates light shade. Remove spent flower spikes to encourage additional bloom. Plants may be cut back to basal growth after flowering.

Great for rock gardens, container gardens, foundations, border fronts and other sunny spots in the landscape. Good edging plant. Best grown in groups or massed.
