Perennial Crazy Cayenne Coreopsis – COREOPSIS v. ‘Crazy Cayenne’ Sizzle & Spice® Series. 15-18″ tall, 22-26″ spread, full sun, early to late summer. Wide, fiery sunset orange flowers have intense red-orange color concentrated at the center if the petals. The undersides of its petals are golden yellow, with some petal tips displaying the same golden yellow. The flowers will cover the gray-green, thread leaf foliage for a showy midsummer display. Coreopsis is native to North America. Therefore, it is easy to grow, thriving in any well-drained soil and full sun. Once established, it is rather drought tolerant. It can be propagated either by seed or by division every few years in spring or fall.
