Description
Minute,yellowish green to pale brown seedheads emerge early to mid summer. Easily grown in moist to wet soils. Foliage remains evergreen in warm climates or when grown indoors as a houseplant. If planted outdoors. cut back foliage in early spring.

Grass Spiral Rush - JUNCUS f. spiralis. 1'-1 ½' tall with equal spread, full sun. Dark green, wire-like foliage grows in a tangle of spirals, resembling corkscrews. Forms a tight, tangled mound. Foliage turns yellow in fall before browning up for winter. Prefers very moist to wet conditions. Zones 5-11. Potted in 3" pot.
