Description
SEMPERVIVUM t. ‘Jade Rose’. 4″ tall, 6″ spread, full sun. Fuzzy-tipped, jade-green outer petals surround burgundy centers. Forms large, tight, overlapping rosettes. Larger rosettes can reach up to 5″ across, producing smaller rosettes to form a handsome colony. Drought & heat tolerant. Deer & rabbit resistant. Zones 3-9. Potted in 3″ pot.
Sempervivum is the perfect plant for hot, dry, sunny locations with very well-drained soil. Though they can adapt to a variety of soil types, they perform best in gritty soil. If a groundcover effect is desired, space plants close together because they grow slowly.
