ARALIA c. ‘Sun King’. 3′ tall, equal spread, part shade, mid-late summer bloom. Bright gold leaves are held on nicely contrasting reddish brown stems. Interesting racemes of tiny white flowers are produced followed by deep purplish black, inedible berries. This plant quickly forms a large clump of foliage. 2020 Perennial Plant of the Year®. Attracts honeybees. Deer resistant. Zones 3-9. Potted in 3″ pot.
