DELOSPERMA x hybrida Hot Cakes® ‘Banana Blast’ PP31394. 6-8” tall, 10-12” spread, full sun-part shade, early summer-early fall bloom. Vivid yellow blooms with white centers blanket the showy evergreen mat. Fast spreading. Attracts butterflies & is bee friendly. Heat & drought tolerant. Deer resistant. Zones 5-8. Potted in 3″ pot.
This plant grows best in well-drained, gravelly soil that is not wet in winter. Planting it on a slope will help provide these conditions. Due to its succulent nature, Ice Plant is very drought tolerant. Grow it in a hot, sunny location.
